The ancient Mayans set a time for the end of the world… the year 2012.

I learned on the History Channel that this time set was based on the astronomical calculation of the sun’s position in our galaxy thought by the Mayans to cause havoc on the earth, presumably to happen in December of the year 2012. Read the rest of this entry »
