So far from what Jesus has said here we have learned that we are a slave to whatever or whoever we lust for and habitually practice sinning with or toward.

We have learned that we have to make a choice which “master” to serve…either Jesus or our sin.

In the last study I discussed when Jesus said;

“ Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. “

The fact is, if we are living in sin we need to ask ourselves who we serve… Jesus or our sin.

Jesus said on one occasion;

“ No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other…”
